Waterwall Panels

Membrane panels forming the combustion chamber envelope — engineered for heat absorption, thermal expansion, and fatigue life.

  • Thickness 3.6 mm to 9.0 mm
  • Panel length up to 24 m, width up to 2.5 m
  • Straightness tolerance within ±3 mm

Superheater Coils

Compact-design coils lifting steam temperature through high-flue-gas contact. Critical duty, zero tolerance for defects.

  • Tube OD 31.8 mm to 57.15 mm
  • SA 210 Gr A1 to high alloy T91
  • Stainless up to TP347H
  • Heat treatment to 1100°C in-house

Economizer Coils

Heat-exchanger elements recovering waste heat from flue gases before stack dispersion — improving overall boiler efficiency.

RT, UT, PT, MT, and hydrotest — stage-wise inspection with TPI and statutory witnessing as required.
