Pillar 01 — Biogas

Turnkey biogas, BIO-CBG and CNG plants — built to perform.

We deliver SATAT-aligned compressed biogas plants end-to-end: from feasibility and DPR through digester design, purification, bottling, and commissioning. Aligned with MNRE guidelines and OMC requirements.

What we deliver

Complete scope, with no gaps.

01.

Feasibility & DPR

Techno-commercial feasibility, feedstock mapping, capacity sizing, financial model, and a bankable DPR ready for MNRE subsidy and debt appraisal.

02.

Process Design & Engineering

P&IDs, mass and energy balances, digester sizing, layout, piping, electricals, instrumentation and controls.

03.

CSTR Digesters

Continuous Stirred Tank Reactors for semi-solid and mixed organic waste — controlled temperature, uniform mixing, high gas yield.

04.

H₂S Removal & Gas Clean-up

Biological and chemical H₂S scrubbers, dehumidification, siloxane removal — protecting compressors and downstream equipment.

05.

PSA Upgrading

Pressure Swing Adsorption units to upgrade biogas to vehicle-grade CBG — >95% methane purity, bottling-ready.

06.

Storage & Bottling

Double-membrane gas holders, compressors, cascades, and dispensing infrastructure — PESO-compliant and OMC-ready.

07.

Approvals & Statutory

MNRE subsidy, SATAT registration, PESO licensing, pollution board consents, and local authority liaison handled end-to-end.

08.

O&M & Optimisation

Operator training, performance testing, aftermarket spares, digestate/fertilizer valorisation, and plant optimisation over the asset life.

The biogas process

From feedstock to grid-ready gas.

Feedstock Prep

Collection, sorting, size reduction, slurry preparation — ensuring uniform digestion and optimal methane yield.

Anaerobic Digestion

CSTR digesters convert organic matter to biogas in an oxygen-free environment — typically 35–55% methane at outlet.

Purification

H₂S scrubbing, moisture removal, and CO₂ separation via PSA — delivering >95% methane purity CBG.

Compression & Dispatch

High-pressure compression into cascades or cylinders, ready for OMC offtake or on-site dispensing.

Byproducts & Revenue

Every plant produces two revenue streams.

Biogas is the headline output — but the digestate leaving an anaerobic process is a nutrient-rich organic fertilizer that closes the loop.

  • Solid and liquid NPK organic fertilizers from digestate separation
  • Nutrient-dense soil amendment, safe for direct farm application
  • Branded bagging and off-take strategies supported
  • Closes the circular economy loop for agri-residue feedstocks
